“The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” has averaged a 0.41 rating in adults 18-49 and 2.140 million viewers overall for the late-night ratings win for the week of May 13-17, according to “live plus same day” figures from Nielsen Media Research, growing week to week by +5% in 18-49 (0.41 vs. 0.39) and +2% to a three-week high in total viewers (2.140 million vs. 2.093 million). 

RATINGS: NIGHTLINE Grows Week to Week Across the Board for the Week of May 13

ABC News' “Nightline” averaged 1.104 million Total Viewers, 376,000 Adults 25-54 and 274,000 Adults 18-49 during the week of May 13, 2019, based on Live + Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research. “Nightline” led CBS' “The Late Late Show with James Corden” (372,000) in Adults 25-54 (+4,000).

CBS' Emmy Award-winning THE LATE LATE SHOW with JAMES CORDEN is returning to London, England to broadcast four special episodes from the historic Central Hall Westminster, Monday, June 17 – Thursday, June 20(12:37 AM-1:37 AM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. The London broadcasts will feature Gillian Anderson, Millie Bobby Brown, Jessica Chastain, Michael Fassbender, Paul Giamatti, Tom Hanks, Chris Hemsworth, Lily James, James McAvoy, Ian McKellen, Simon Pegg, Sophie Turner, plus magic from David Blaine and music from Little Mix and Mumford & Sons. Additional guests will be announced closer to air.

Manca poco meno di un mese all'evento teatrale piu atteso da tutta la comunita teatrale di tutto il mondo: il 9 giugno infatti, al Radio City Music Hall di New York, si svolgera la 73esima edizione dei Tony Awards. Per la seconda volta, James Corden sara il presentatore di questa serata, dopo aver ricevuto un Emmy Award per la sua performance nel 2016. Il 30 aprile, Bebe Neuwirth e Brandon Victor Dixon hanno annunciato i nomi delle opere teatrali (play e musical) in diretta streaming. Noi di BroadwayWorld non stiamo piu nella pelle! Ma soprattutto non possiamo stare con le mani in mano e, per il bene comune, vogliamo parlarvi un po' dei protagonisti di quest'anno: attori e spettacoli per lo piu poco noti in Italia ma che rappresentano, senza ombra di dubbio, il meglio di questa nuova stagione di Broadway. Nota a margine: ci muoveremo esclusivamente all'interno dell'ambito del teatro musicale (non ce ne vogliano gli appassionati di plays). Cominciamo questa nostra 'carrellata' con i protagonisti-non-protagonisti di quest'anno!
