Photo Flash: First Look at CINDERELLA AND FELLA, Opening Tonight at Alliance Theatre

Atlanta's nationally acclaimed Alliance Theatre presents present Cinderella and Fella, a contemporary musical spin on the Cinderella fairytale. Rosemary Newcott, the Sally G. Tomlinson Artistic Director of Theatre for Youth and Families, directs this family friendly one-act production. Cinderella and Fella will run twice a day on Saturdays and Sundays,  now through April, 2017. Opening night is tonight, March 21, and BroadwayWorld has a first look at the cast in action below!

Atlanta's nationally acclaimed Alliance Theatre is pleased to present Cinderella and Fella, a contemporary musical spin on the Cinderella fairytale.  Rosemary Newcott, the Sally G. Tomlinson Artistic Director of Theatre for Youth and Families, directs this family friendly one-act production.  Cinderella and Fella will run twice a day on Saturdays and Sundays, March 19 - April, 2017.  Opening night is Tuesday, March 21, at 7:00 p.m. 

Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Announces Special Award of Achievement to Honor Gordon Davidson

The Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle is proud to announce a new special award to be presented at its upcoming awards ceremony on March 20: The Gordon Davidson Award for distinguished contribution to the Los Angeles theatrical community. The award is sponsored by the Center Theatre Group, where Gordon Davidson served as the founding Artistic Director from 1967 to 2005, and will be presented this year to Pro99.

Atlanta's Tony Award winning Alliance Theatre presents the world premiere The Temple Bombing, written and directed by Jimmy Maize. A new play about the event that rocked Atlanta from Peachtree Street to Auburn Avenue, The Temple Bombing recounts the 1958 attack on The Temple, Atlanta's oldest synagogue, which bolstered local and national support for dramatic social change. The Temple Bombing will have its world premiere on the Alliance Stage from February 22 - March 12, 2017. OH, HELLO Packs in the Tuna, Breaks Lyceum Theatre Box Office Records

OH, HELLO on Broadway has shattered the box office record at the Lyceum Theatre. The show, which stars Nick Kroll and John Mulaney's inexplicably popular alter egos in their acclaimed Broadway masterpiece, grossed $911,602 over nine performances the week ending January 2. The previous record was held by the 2008 production of Macbeth, starring Patrick Stewart.

Theatergoers just can't get enough of Gil Faizon and George St. Geegland! Once again, OH, HELLO on BROADWAY has extended its engagement by one week to Sunday January 22, 2017. This will now be the final chance for audiences to catch Nick Kroll and John Mulaney's inexplicably popular alter egos in their acclaimed Broadway masterpiece.
