FAIR is a new art fair initiative designed to be entirely online, function cooperatively, and act as a benefit for NADA's community of galleries, nonprofits and artists. Taking place May 20a?"June 21, 2020, FAIR will directly support 119 NADA Gallery Members and 80 other galleries that have been financially impacted by the COVID-19 crisis, totaling nearly 200 galleries around the world. 

First-year students studying Applied Theatre at Birmingham City University have created DIY Drama Classes, an online outreach programme for children and their parents to encourage them to take part in teaching together at home during the current Coronavirus crisis.

New York-based conceptual artist and musician Ted Riederer makes his BAM artistic debut by exploring the social significance of record shops, vinyl lathe cuts, and recording studios with his site-specific project, Never Records. With a nod to Fluxus, Alan Kaprow's happenings, Alan Lomax, Harry Smith, and the collectivism of 80s and 90s DC punk scene, Never Records embodies Riederer's mission to build and galvanize communities based on the act of listening, and the visualization of sound. The BAM 2020 exhibition marks the 10th anniversary of the project which has recorded artists and citizens from around the globe including Liverpool, Derry, London, Lisbon, New Orleans, Victoria (Texas), Kansas City, and Amman (Jordan).

 The New Art Dealers Alliance (NADA) is announcing the exhibitor list for the first edition of the Chicago Invitational. The new contemporary art fair will take place at the Chicago Athletic Association hotel from Wednesday, September 18 through Saturday, September 21, 2019.

Chapter NY is pleased to announce False Topiary, Ryan Mrozowski's first exhibition with the gallery. The exhibition features a series of recent paintings of topiary mazes and a selection of dog drawings, presented together for the first time.   Mrozowski's practice engages seriality and repetition to reveal unexpected nuance in forms derived from the natural world. His banal subjects-often sourced from encyclopedic volumes-assume new meaning within his constructed environments.

Felix LA - the new contemporary art fair taking the fair format back to its organic, experimental roots - is pleased to present a series of performances, film screenings, and talks during Felix LA, this February 14-17. Felix LA's VIP Preview will be held from 2-6PM on Thursday, February 14th. The fair's public opening will immediately follow, commencing at 6PM.

Venice Beach label Cosmic Dreamer Music has curated a collaboration between experimental musician Xiu Xiu and visual artist Heidi Hahn to produce a limited edition 7” with intricate packaging, available now. The release includes Xiu Xiu's cover of Mozart's “Turkish March” as well as a vinyl-exclusive track “Fear of the Horizon”.

?Five-time Obie Award-winning theater company Clubbed Thumb has announced the line-up for SUMMERWORKS, its annual series of new plays. Now in its 21st season, SUMMERWORKS will run May 27 through July 9 at The Wild Project (195 E 3rd Street) in Manhattan, and will feature productions of three new plays: EVERY ANGEL IS BRUTAL by Julia Jarcho and directed by Knud Adams; THE TOMB OF KING TOT by Eric Dufault and directed by Portia Krieger; and TUMACHO by Ethan Lipton and directed by Leigh Silverman.
