Christopher Demos-Brown's popular stage play 'American Son' has been adapted into a Netflix film, which debuted on the streamer November 1. The entire Broadway cast returns to play the roles they created onstage: that includes Kerry Washington, Steven Pasquale, Jeremy Jordan, and Eugene Lee.

Patrick J. Adams will make his Broadway debut opposite the previously announced Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Jesse Williams in the Broadway production of Richard Greenberg's Tony Award-winning play, TAKE ME OUT. Directed by Scott Ellis, TAKE ME OUT will begin previews April 2, 2020 and officially open on April 23, 2020 at Second Stage's Hayes Theater (240 West 44th Street). Mr. Adams will play Kippy Sunderstrom, the best friend of Darren Lemming (Jesse Williams).

For the fifth year, THROUGH HER LENS: The Tribeca CHANEL Women's Filmmaker Program will create new opportunities for women filmmakers. Amazon Prime Video announced today that it has ordered a second season of the half-hour romantic anthology series Modern Love. Modern Love, which debuted globally on Prime Video on October 18, is inspired by the popular The New York Times column of the same name. The series explores love in all of its complicated and beautiful forms, as each standalone episode brings some of the column's most beloved stories to life with a stellar cast. Season two of Modern Love will premiere on Prime Video in 2020 in more than 200 countries and territories worldwide.
