Review: HA HA HA HA HA HA HA at Woolly Mammoth Theatre

Steeped in a European existential sensibility, with healthy doses of theatre of the absurd, and an eerie ambience, --performance artist Julia Masli alternately entrances and provokes the audience with her finely honed comedic skills in the deliciously interactive production entitled ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.

DEATH BECOMES US Comes to Edinburgh Fringe

Review: TICK, TICK… BOOM! at The Carnegie

From the point of the titular ticking noise haunting the theatre at the beginning of the show, The Carnegie’s production of Tick, Tick… Boom! captivates the audience and lets them live vicariously through the characters’ joy, heartache, distress, and growth all in the span of 100 minutes.

Review: ACIS AND GALATEA, Opera Holland Park

Opera Holland Park’s staging of Handel’s beloved Acis and Galatea is a smashing success that finds just the right balance between musical finesse and tongue-in-cheek comedy.
