PROMISES, PROMISES's Matthew Steffens Will Star in R.Evolución Latina's BOUNTIFUL: A TEACHER'S JOURNEY

Matthew Steffens is one of the nine uniquely brilliant choreographers of BOUNTIFUL: A Teacher's Journey, R.Evolucion Latina's 2016 Choreographers Festival. He has served as the associate choreographer for the Broadway production of Doctor Zhivago and of the Off-Broadway immersive hit Queen of the Night. Matthew has performed on Broadway in Promises, Promises and Women on the Verge of A Nervous Breakdown and now he is starring in R.Evolucion Latina's (RL) new production.

Director, choreographer and performer Luis Salgado is living his own 'Bountiful journey' as a 'latino' artist on the Broadway stage of ON YOUR FEET, working on DIRTY DANCING remake and coming on board for DAPHNE'S DIVE.

R.Evolucion Latina Concludes 2016 Beyond Workshop Series

 R.Evolucion Latina (RL) wrapped its 2016 Beyond Workshop Series, (BWS) a two-week tuition-free training program awarded to qualified adult artists, and led by some of New York's finest Broadway, Film and Television artists working today. Participants of the BWS were selected from a pool of local and international applicants, who now get the chance to audition and perform in R.Evolucion Latina's up-coming production, Bountiful: A Teachers Journey. 

Spanish-Language SPEED-THE-PLOW Begins Tonight in Puerto Rico

The new Spanish-language production of David Mamet's Speed-the-Plow, directed by Luis Salgado, winner of the Best Director Award at the Thespis and Venus/Adonis Festivals for Song of Solomon and Zuccotti Park, respectively, arrives at Corralon de San Jose in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico, for a limited run tonight, August 13th, through 16th, 2015.

David Mamet's Speed-the-Plow will travel to Puerto Rico as 'Jala-la-Pala' and will play four performances at El Corralon de San Jose in Old San Juan directed by Broadway's Luis Salgado, winner of the Best Director Award at the Thespis and Venus/Adonis Festivals for Song of Solomon and Zuccotti Park, respectively. The New York-based cast features Emmanuelle Bordas as Karen, Javier E. Rehearsals for Spanish-Language SPEED-THE-PLOW Begin Today; Heads to Puerto Rico This August

Rehearsals for the new Spanish-language production of David Mamet's Speed-the-Plow, directed by Luis Salgado, winner of the Best Director Award at the Thespis and Venus/Adonis Festivals for Song of Solomon and Zuccotti Park, respectively, started today in New York City. The production will arrive at Corralon de San Jose in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico, for a limited run August 13th through 16th, 2015.

Luis Salgado Wins Best Director Award at 2015 NYC VENUS/ADONIS FESTIVAL

Director/Choreographer Luis Salgado won the Best Director Award at the closing ceremony of the 2015 NYC Venus/Adonis Festival. Salgado was chosen out of forty-eight other directors who were part of this year's festival, for his direction of Zuccotti Park, the musical.

Luis Salgado, who is currently nominated as Best Director for the world premiere production of Zuccotti Park The Musical, at the Venus/Adonis Festival, will direct a brand-new, Spanish-language production of David Mamet's explosive contemporary classic Speed-the-Plow.

Zuccotti Park, a new musical about the human side of economics has been selected for the final rounds of Venus/Adonis 2015 Festival after running to a full house all four performances. Luis Salgado, who most recently was involved in the developmental lab for the new Gloria Estefan Musical On your Feet, has signed on as director/choreographer of the NYC World Premier of Zuccotti Park. Book and lyrics by Catherine Hurd and music composed by Vatrena King, with musical direction by Joshua Coyne. This new musical about the 'Human Side of Economics' will have 4 performances and close the 2015 Venus/Adonis Festival.

Zuccotti Park, a new musical with book & lyrics by Catherine Hurd and music composed by Vatrena King about the human side of economics, will be produced by Salgado Productions at the NYC Venus/Adonis Theater Festival.
