R.Evolución Latina (RL) wrapped its 2016 Beyond Workshop Series, (BWS) a two-week tuition-free training program awarded to qualified adult artists, and led by some of New York's finest Broadway, Film and Television artists working today. Participants of the BWS were selected from a pool of local and international applicants, who now get the chance to audition and perform in R.Evolución Latina's up-coming production, Bountiful: A Teachers Journey.

The production brings nine choreographers together from the United States, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Peru, Spain, United Kindom, Italy, and Mexico, to tell the story about self-discovery, under the direction of Luis Salgado. The cast includes more dancers from other countries, like Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Switzerland, and Chile. The collective will then work to integrate the D1 Dance Company from Peru to make Bountiful: A Teachers Journey, a cultural exchange event created to enrich audiences.

R.Evolución Latina, is led by Founder/Director Luis Salgado and Co-Directors Denisse Ambert, Heather Hogan and Gabriela García. The non-profit organization runs six flagship programs for various ages and audiences such as a free summer camp for kids, workshops for adult artists in the disciplines of dance, voice and acting and Kids Beyond Broadway.
