This spring, the acclaimed literary series Selected Shorts: A Celebration of the Short Story returns to the Getty Center from March 26-27, 2011 with an unforgettable lineup of stories. Produced by New York's Symphony Space, this year's series, Delicious Fictions, features three performances by Leonard Nimoy (Star Trek), Tim Curry (The Rocky Horror Picture Show), Denis O'Hare (True Blood), Christina Pickles (Friends), Josh Radnor (How I Met Your Mother), and other top actors reading luscious tales of food and passions, politics, mystery, and deep sea adventure. After each matinee performance and 45 minutes before Saturday's evening program, a perfectly paired wine and a scrumptious treat inspired by the series will be served. (more...)
