Zoetic Stage is presenting the 2015 five time Tony Award musical FUN HOME at the Arsht Center and it's a show without secrets

Zoetic Stage (@ZoeticStageMIA) and the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County (@ArshtCenter) are proud to present the South Florida premiere of FUN HOME, the five-time Tony Award-winning musical and tragicomedy based on Alison Bechdel's best-selling memoir. Playing April 12 - May 13, 2018 in the intimate Carnival Studio Theater (Ziff Ballet Opera House), FUN HOME closes Zoetic Stage's 2017-2018 season and the Center's Theater Up Close Series.

Due to audience demand, Florida Studio Theatre (FST) announces the extension of its second cabaret of the season, Blue Suede Shoes, celebrating the birth of rock and roll now through April 8. Bursting with spirit and featuring songs from music legends like Chuck Berry and Elvis Presley, audiences have called the production fabulous, high energy, and great entertainment. freeFall's 2017/18 season begins with an all-new adaptation of White Fang, written and directed by Jethro Compton. Based in the UK, Compton and his production company are well known for creating bold, narrative driven theatrical experiences that often present highly cinematic re-imaginings of classic stories for the stage.  freeFall Theatre Company and Jethro Compton Productions are co-producing this new vision of a literary classic right here in St. Petersburg. Local audiences will be the first to experience this world premiere before it heads to London for a run at The Park Theatre in December 2017.

Join freeFall on June 17 at 8pm  for a reading of a brand new musical by Barry Harman (The Carol Burnett Show, Romance/Romance, Olympus On My Mind) and Grant Sturiale (Olympus On My Mind) based on the film of the same name. This premiere work will be directed by freeFall Artistic Director Eric Davis.

Then you won't want to miss the Maltz Jupiter Theatre's staged reading of Goy Toy, a coming-of-age story about a young couple torn apart by religion by South Florida playwright Hannah Benitez. The play reading will take place at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, June 19, in the Theatre's upstairs Green Room Club Level Lounge. The event is free and open to the public, though reservations are required by calling the box office.
