4th Chicago International Latino Theater Festival plans to return this fall with live performances, September 23-October 17, 2021.

The long wait is almost over! Live, in-person grand opera is just weeks away. Single tickets go on sale tomorrow, August 3, at 10:00 a.m., for Lyric Opera of Chicago's exciting new season, opening on Friday, September 17, with a brand-new production of Verdi's Macbeth.

Miriam Weisfeld most recently served as Director of Artistic Development for the Tony-winning Children's Theatre Company in Minneapolis. She assumes the position on Sept. 1, 2021 but is in Glens Falls Aug. 1-15 observing production of ATF's final show of the season, 'Traffic and Weather,' which opens Aug. 5.

Lyric Opera of Chicago is launcheing its 67th season with Sunday in the Park with Lyric's Rising Stars at the Jay Pritzker Pavilion on Sunday, August 29, at 6:00 p.m. This free outdoor performance is part of Chicago in Tune, a citywide festival celebrating our city's legendary music community.
