Fee-fi-fo-fun - Classic Panto for everyone! Artistic Director Sean Holmes brings classic pantomime back to the Lyric Hammersmith for a glitter-filled festive feast that immerses audiences in one of the country's best-loved art forms. Directed by Steve Marmion, Jack and the Beanstalk starts previewing from 21 November 2009 and plays until 09 January 2010.

According to a report on whatsonstage.com, The Royal Court has announced its spring 2010 season. The Lineup includes plays by Roy Williams, Laura Wade, Nick Grosso and Bola Agbaje, DC Moore,Anupama Chandrasekhar, and newcomer 17-year-old Anya Reiss.

ENRON To Get Big Screen Adaptation

Columbia Pictures has purchased screen rights to ENRON, Lucy Prebble's new play investigating the infamous energy company's 2001 scandal that is currently running at London's Royal Court Theatre. The production will premiere on the West End on January 16, 2010.

Variety reports that producer Sonia Friedman has confirmed the news that Jez Butterworth's smash play 'Jerusalem,' which starred Mark Rylance in its Royal Court debut this past summer, will transfer to London's West End in January 2010 with an expected bow on Broadway to follow.
