The new Toronto production of Disney’s The Lion King will extend performances through August 30, 2025. The new block of tickets, for performances from April 29 to August 30, 2025, will go on sale at 10AM on Saturday December 7, 2024.

The Lion King celebrated its 27th anniversary on Broadway.   A surprise guest made an appearance in the show’s curtain call and revealed herself as Kajuana S Marie, who had created the role of Young Nala.

The Lion King has opened in Toronto.  On opening night, the Princess of Wales Theatre hosted celebrities and returning cast members from the 2000 engagement of the show. Check out the video here!
