BIRDLAND JAZZ CLUB will present Tony Award-winner Debbie Gravitte in a special residency “Debbie Plus One” starting Monday, April 11 at 7:00 PM. Gravitte has been in theater long enough to have made some very special friends, and she welcomes Stephen Schwartz (April 11), Marc Shaiman (May 9), and Harvey Fierstein (September 12).

Birdland Jazz Club and Birdland Theater are open this April with a full slate of nightly performances! 

Constellations: Fate, Love, and the Power of Theatre. The Lambs hosts a discussion of the play 'Constellations' by Nick Payne, the Tony nominated Broadway romantic comedy. A revival of the show will run from April 6 through April 24 at The Gene Frankel Theatre (24 Bond Street, New York NY 10012).

Battery Dance is pleased to announce the film premiere of City of Dreams on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at 2pm, 3:30pm and 5pm at L’Entree Wine Bar, 293 Church Street, NYC. The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel: Season Four (Music From The Amazon Series) features original songs 'They Came, They Danced,' 'City Lights,' and 'Maybe Monica'—written for the series by Thomas Mizer and Curtis Moore as well as compositions by Cole Porter, Irving Berlin, Leonard Bernstein/Betty Comden/Adolf Green, George Gershwin and Ira Gershwin.

BIRDLAND will present drag legend Coco Peru in the new show “Bitter Bothered & Beyond!” for two special performances. The first show at Birdland Jazz Club on Monday, March 21 at 7:00 PM quickly sold out, so an encore performance has been added for Tuesday, March 22 at 8:30 PM downstairs at the Birdland Theater.

It's been ten years since legendary musical, comedy, cabaret star Miss Hope Springs (written and performed by Mr Ty Jeffries) was first invited by Jeremy King and Chris Corbin to be resident songstress at their soon-to-open 'jewel box of a cabaret room' in Piccadilly. Hope visited the building site in a sequined high-vis jacket and hard hat, said 'Mais oui!' and launched the programme with her weekly Sunday Soirées.
