The McCallum Theatre announced today its new lineup as it begins its fourth decade of presenting world-class artists and entertainers for Coachella Valley audiences.  The new season includes McCallum debuts, iconic superstars, family-friendly entertainment, holiday sensations, with some mariachi, Bollywood, ballet, comedy and entertaining geography lessons all part of a very full and exciting season that also presents an outstanding roster of  Broadway favorites. 

Award-winning actor/director Frank Ferrante re-creates his acclaimed New York and London stage portrayal celebrating America's greatest comedian - Groucho Marx.  You will feel as though Groucho is back, as Ferrante sings, dances and performs classic routines on the North Coast Rep stage, April 23 & 24 at 7:30pm.

REPRISE 2.0 is now announced, presenting a season of three classic American musicals at UCLA's Freud Playhouse, by Marcia Seligson, Producing Artistic Director of the new performing arts organization.  REPRISE 2.0 is partnering with the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television's Department of Theater (UCLA TFT), chaired by Brian Kite.

The show is presented February 14 - 25 at Bucks County Playhouse as part of the 2018 Visiting Artists Series.

This ancient's inspiration became a gold mine for in 1962 for Composer/Lyricist Stephen Sondheim and authors Burt Shrevelove and Larry Gelbart of M A S H fame. Milwaukee Repertory Theater to hold auditions for the second annual Professional Training Institute (PTI), an advanced actor training program for students in 8th-12th grade who may have an interest in pursuing a career as a professional theater artist. Participants will receive free training from some of the top theater professionals in the world, culminating in a capstone summer performance where they will be employed as paid, professional actors.

Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park will release all single tickets for the 2017-18 season for sale on Monday, July 31, including tickets for the 27th annual production of the beloved classic, A CHRISTMAS CAROL and the much- anticipated SHAKESPEARE IN LOVE production, which opens the season on Sept. 2.
