The Broadway production of Diana: The Musical has launched a brand-new ad campaign to mark its return to the stage!

Producers Grove Entertainment, Frank Marshall and The Araca Group announced today that Diana: The Musical is coming back to Broadway one month earlier than anticipated. Previews are now scheduled to resume at the Longacre Theatre (220 West 48th Street) on Tuesday, November 2, 2021. Opening night is now set for Wednesday, November 17, 2021.

Diana will soon get a royal welcome- on Broadway and Netflix. Pending Broadway’s anticipated return with government approval, and following health and safety guidelines, previews are scheduled to resume at the Longacre Theatre (220 West 48th Street) on Wednesday, December 1, 2021.

Trevor Nunn's production debuted to critical acclaim at London's Menier Chocolate Factory in November 2008 and subsequently transferred to the West End where it played a successful limited engagement at the Garrick Theatre before moving to Broadway. 

Today we rewind to 2014, when Side Show was getting ready to return to Broadway at the St. James Theatre, where it played for 56 performances.

Could Diana be the next musical to be filmed live on stage? Baz Bamigboye of The Daily Mail has reported that the show will be filmed without an audience, and will be available to stream on Netflix prior to returning to Broadway in 2021.

Today we rewind to 2009, when A Little Night Music returned to Broadway for the first Time. The revival, which played at the Walter Kerr Theatre for 425 performances, starred Angela Lansbury, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Erin Davie, Hunter Ryan Herdlicka, and Aaron Lazar. With music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and book by Hugh Wheeler, the musical is inspired by the Ingmar Bergman film Smiles of a Summer Night, it involves the romantic lives of several couples.

Every Sunday after their broadcast, at 3 PM, they will share exclusive content from Broadway and Off-Broadway shows so that fans can keep up with their favorite shows and stars from their computers and/or personal devices.
