Production Simple and Kentukcy Performing Arts present Black Label Society Monday, March 16, 2020 at 7:30 p.m. at Old Forester's Paristown Hall.

The Art Directors Guild's Gallery 800 (ADG, IATSE Local 800) presents FANTASTIC VOYAGE, an exclusive mixed media exhibition celebrating the genres of Sci-Fi, Fantasy & the Metaphysical Realm. The public will have a unique opportunity to meet and mingle with the artists at the exhibit openingand hosted reception on Saturday, August 31, 2019 from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. The Fantastic Voyage exhibition will run through November 2nd. Gallery 800 is located in the historic North Hollywood Arts District at 5108 Lankershim Boulevard.

Sonia Friedman and Colin Callender announced today the cast for the exclusive U.S. West Coast production of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child in San Francisco, currently in rehearsals and beginning preview performances at the Curran Theater on Wednesday, October 23, 2019.

University Theatre is pleased to present 'Book of Days', written by Lanford Wilson. This Fresno premiere is directed by J. Daniel Herring and runs March 22 -30, 2019 in the Dennis & Cheryl Woods Theatre in the Speech Arts building on the campus of Fresno State.

Located in the heart of the famed NoHo Arts District, Gallery 800 showcases guild members' personal art in a series of shows throughout the year. Art Unites 12 will commence the 2019 Gallery 800 exhibition series, which is open to the public. This exhibit will run through March 3, 2019.

The production is directed by Brad Myers and runs December 7 - 15, 2018 in the John Wright Theatre in the Speech Arts building on the campus of Fresno State.

Following up a successful run of Robin Hood, What Dreams May Co in partnership with Queens Shakespeare present Henry VI by William Shakespeare (All 3 parts combined into a 2 part repertory production). Join as they continue a season of badass women, boys who play at kings, and politicians who would be kings Oh and did they mention swords. Lots and lots of swords.

Drury Lane Theatre continues its 2017-2018 season with the regional premiere of the powerhouse musical tribute to the 1980s, Rock of Ages, with book by Chris D'Arienzo, arrangements and orchestrations by Ethan Popp, directed by Scott Weinstein and choreographed by Stephanie Klemons. Rock of Ages runs now through October 15, 2017 at Drury Lane Theatre, 100 Drury Lane in Oakbrook Terrace. This November, Pipeline Theatre Company is partnering with the New York Public Library (NYPL) to present six never before seen plays written by Pipeline's PlayLab Class of 2017 for this year's Matchstick Series: While We Slept, performed at the Jefferson Market Library (425 6th Ave, New York, NY 10011). 

New York Shakespeare Exchange (NYSX), a theatre company that popularizes Shakespeare for diverse, contemporary audiences in new and timely ways, dives deep into dangerous territory as it theatricalizes Shakespeare's epic poem "The Rape of Lucrece."  

This January, Pipeline Theatre Company presents seven never before seen plays written by its PlayLab Class of 2016 in this year's Matchstick Series: Strange Tongues at the Nuyorican Poets Cafe (236 E. 3rd St, New York, NY). This year's PlayLab includes: Matthew Barbot, Jen Browne, Gina Femia, Reina Hardy, Jacob Marx Rice, Callan Stout, and Amy E. Witting. Performances will be January 13-15th at 7PM. Early bird tickets ($15) are now on sale and regular tickets ($18) go on sale on January 1st. Tickets are available for purchase online at www.pipelinetheatre.org/tickets. The show runs approximately 75 minutes, with no intermission.

The annual series, featuring lightly staged readings of two plays, explores the intersection of classical and contemporary theater and engages artists and audiences in an open dialogue about the place of Shakespeare in today's society.

The 26th annual Free Theatre outdoor production of the Williamstown Theatre Festival's 2013 season is Dracula, or the Un-Dead. Adapted by Free Theatre co-founder and WTF veteran Steve Lawson, this dynamic new stage version of Bram Stoker's iconic 1897 tale will be presented on Poker Flats Field on the Williams College Campus (weather permitting). The production runs today, July 10-13 and July 16-19 at 7:30 p.m. Press are welcome to review.
