Jim Lauderdale has released a new song from his forthcoming album, FROM ANOTHER WORLD. The song, 'Some Horses Run Free,' is the latest from the 2x GRAMMY® Award-winning Americana legend's 32nd studio album that arrives everywhere on Friday, June 21.

Art enthusiasts gathered last night (May 22) at Montalvo Arts Center for an exclusive members-only unveiling of its 2019-2020 Carriage House Theatre Concert Series line-up. Today, CMT announced that GRAMMY Award-winning, best-selling country duo Brooks & Dunn will take the stage with some of the brightest young talent in country music during a special public taping of “CMT Crossroads,” the network's flagship music series. The hour-long show will tape in downtown Nashville on Tuesday, June 4 and will premiere on CMT on Friday, June 28 at 10 p.m. ET.

Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, the nonprofit cultural center located at the site of the 1969 Woodstock festival, today announced that Elvis Costello & The Imposters and Blondie will perform at the center on Saturday, July 20th as the first stop on their coast-to-coast co-headlining tour.

The Music Business Association (Music Biz) today announces this year's inductees for its Music Business Hall of Fame, including the late Sir George Martin, who will be inducted by his son Giles Martin. Last week saw Kansas City's Hembree play to packed rooms throughout Austin for SXSW. Today they are excited to share a video for their newest single, an 80s-era stomper entitled 'Almost.' The band noted 'We wanted the video to feel classic, but fresh. Alex and Austin came up with the idea of changing the frame rate to create a stop-motion effect, and the jagged movements fit the cadence of the song perfectly...It was a very collaborative process.' The video premiered via the UK's Clash Magazine who called it, 'an 80s tinged fuzzed out monster.'
