Barrington Stage Company (BSC), the award-winning theatre in the Berkshires under the leadership of Artistic Director Julianne Boyd, presents Tennessee Williams' The Glass Menagerie. Previews for The Glass Menagerie begin October 3, with an official opening on October 7 and performances through October 21 on the Boyd-Quinson Mainstage (30 Union Street).

Producer Mary J. Davis and MBL Productions have announced the Cast and women-led Creative Team of UNRAVELED by Jennifer Blackmer. The production will be directed by Kathryn MacMillan, with Scenic Design by Melpomene Katakalos, Costume Design by Elivia Bovenzi, Lighting Design by Kate McGee, and Sound Design by Amy Altadonna. The UNRAVELED cast includes LaDonna Burns, Maxwell Eddy, Lori Hammel, Suzanna Hay, and Kittson O'Neill. Stephanie Clark is the Production Stage Manager, and Jaclyn Lusardi is the Assistant Stage Manager. Casting is by Kate Lumpkin Casting.
American Vicarious Presents the World Premiere of PUSHKIN

The american vicarious will present the world premiere of Jonathan Leaf's Pushkin. This limited Off-Broadway engagement will begin performances on July 25th and continue through August 25th only, at at The Sheen Center for Thought & Culture (18 Bleecker Street). Opening Night is scheduled for August 5th. The performance runs 90 minutes with no intermission.

Set in the Jane Austen time period, audiences will be transported into a magical forest where they will embark on a sentimental quest together with Shakespeare's iconic characters. Performances began on Thursday, June 14 in Pinkney Park (177 Rowayton Avenue, Norwalk, CT) and will continue through July 1. OPENING NIGHT is TONIGHT, Saturday, June 16, 2018 at 7:30 p.m.

Back Table Ink has announced its production of "The Great Cat Massacre", premiering in the 12th Annual FRIGID Festival, produced by Horse Trade Theater Group. "The Great Cat Massacre" is a new musical written by Greg Moss & Casey O'Neil. Currently in rehearsals, this show will run on select dates from February 17th until March 4th at the Kraine Theater.

The wait is over. Two River Theater (TRT) opens its 2017/2018 Season with an outstanding production of the time-honored classic, A Raisin in the Sun. The show will be on the Red Bank stage now through October 8. Written by Lorraine Hansberry and directed by Carl Cofield, it is staged and performed to perfection.

It was a swell family affair at Two River Theater last night as a searing and powerful production of Lorraine Hansberry's American classic A Raisin in the Sun, helmed by Carl Cofield and starring Brandon J. Dirden as Walter Lee Younger, his wife Crystal A. Dickinson as Ruth Younger, his father Willie Dirden as Bobo, Brenda Pressley as Lena Younger, Jasmine Batchelor as Beneatha Younger, Nat DeWolf as Karl Lindner, Charlie Hudson III as Joseph Asagai, Owen Tabaka as Travis Younger, York Walker as George Murchison, with Andrew Binger and David Joel Rivera as the Moving Men, celebrated opening night.
