Len Cariou to Star in HARRY TOWNSEND'S LAST STAND By George Eastman

Producer Dennis Grimaldi is proud to announce that Tony and Emmy Winner Len Cariou will star in two industry-only presentations of George Eastman's new play, HARRY TOWNSEND'S LAST STAND.  Cariou will be joined by Warren Bub (TV's Gotham, Tennessee Williams' The Mutilated at The New Ohio Theatre).

Before There Was BYE BYE BIRDIE, There Was A POUND IN YOUR POCKET

As previously announced, Feinstein's/54 Below will present the rarely heard musical A Pound in Your Pocket as part of its popular Second Act Series on Wednesday, January 24th at 7:00pm. The very first collaboration from acclaimed songwriters Charles Strouse and Lee Adams, best known for Bye Bye Birdie, A Pound In Your Pocket is a delightful, Dickensian story about friendship and redemption. Strouse will be on hand at the one-night-only concert to greet fans and sign copies of his memoir, Put On A Happy Face.

Gingold Theatrical Group continued its 12th Season of PROJECT SHAW when it presented its 128th concert presentation, Votes for Women, a rare staging of the 1907 play by Elizabeth Robins, for one night only, on Monday, November 20th, at 7pm, at Symphony Space's Leonard Nimoy Thalia Theatre (2537 Broadway at 95th Street). THE COLOR PURPLE National Tour Begins Tonight in Schenectady

The first North American tour of the Tony Award-winning Broadway revival of THE COLOR PURPLE begins tonight, October 7, 2017 in Schenectady, New York at Proctors. The tour will have its official opening October 17, 2017 in Baltimore, Maryland at The Hippodrome Theatre.
