Alleyway Theatre kicks off the second half of its season with a fantastical new drama about the power of human connection. THE ALEPH COMPLEX, by Deborah Yarchun, is the latest recipient of Alleyway's Maxim Mazumdar New Play Award.

The Fled Collective will present its second season at Tribeca's Flea Theater as the organization's Key Resident Company-a reparative grant and partnership offered to a company that centers Black, Brown, and Queer artists.

On December 17th at 7pm EST, the Talking It Out Virtual Arts Festival will present a special holiday open-mic night event co-hosted by Producing Artistic Director Anthony J. Piccione & Program Manager Maria fe Picar, where all attendees will be welcome to perform after a brief festival introduction.

Boundless Theater announced has that Stranger Interludes, a new play by David James Parr, will receive an industry reading on Friday, November 18th at The Dramatists Guild Foundation, directed by Amanda Bearse (“Married… with Children”, Billy Eichner’s Bros).

On November 19th at 7pm EST, the Talking It Out Virtual Arts Festival will present its next series of short plays by emerging playwrights around the world, featuring actors and directors from around the world, in support of raising mental health awareness.

Following productions in both Boston and London, Ken Urban’s play A Guide For The Homesick will have an industry presentation directed by Shira Milikowsky and executive produced by David Norwood on November 17, 2022.

The Green Room 42 has announced its November line-up for in-person cabaret performances. The lineup will feature James Jackson, Jr., Jon-Michael Reese, Natalie Joy Johnson, and more.

FUKT, a new uplifting dark comedy that inspires us to own our past and get on with our lives, written by Emma Goldman-Sherman and directed by Janice L. Goldberg,  runs  October 27 - November 13 at The Tank. Performances are available for both in-person and live streaming viewing. See photos here!

The Tank, in partnership with The Flying Carpet Theatre Company, announced the return of a special production of Crystal Skillman’s magical play OPEN, featuring the original direction of Jessi D.
