It was an epic night at Broadway Sessions Thursday, February 11th, as cast members from School of Rock descended from the top of Mt. Rock (aka The Winter Garden Theater) and invaded the Laurie Beechman Theater. The kids in the band, and some adults, wielded their instruments like light sabers, slaying tune after tune.

Launching tomorrow, Tuesday, December 15, the lottery will open at 9:00AM each day for entries to win a limited number of $40 same-day tickets to that evening's performance at www.onyourfeetmusical.com/tickets, and will remain open until 2:00PM when winners are drawn. Winners, notified by email immediately upon the 2:00PM drawing, will have 60 minutes to claim their tickets by paying with credit card, and can pick up the tickets at the Marquis Theatre Box Office (46th Street between Broadway & 8th Avenue) 30 minutes prior to showtime. The Metropolitan Room hosted two simultaneous events last night. The 10th year of the MAC Award Winning Benefit Series Cabaret Cares, and the 3rd 40th Birthday of the charities creator Joseph Macchia. The non profit Joseph started 10 years ago has raised over $100,000 to help children living with HIV and AIDS. It was a cabaret spectacular and Broadwayworld was there to catch all the action.
