Western Piedmont Symphony (WPS), the professional orchestra of the western foothills of North Carolina, presents MASTERWORKS: ROMANCE AND REALISM featuring the music of Rachmaninoff and Shostakovich on Saturday, November 18 at 7:30 PM at P.E.
