BROADWAY BARKS has revealed the full roster of participants for the 25th annual dog and cat adoption event. 

Last night, Saturday, July 1st, Aaron Tveit returned to the Al Hirschfeld stage to play Christian, the role that earned him his first Tony Award for Best Actor in a Musical. Get the scoop on his surprise return.

The season will open with the Chicago premiere of the hilarious romantic musical GAY CARD, return to the British tradition of holiday pantomimes with Tom Whalley's very adult SLEEPING WITH BEAUTY, and close with Joe Calarco's all-male present-day re-imagining of ROMEO AND JULIET, SHAKESPEARE'S R & J.

Casey Cott, who is best known for his role of Kevin Keller in the television series Riverdale, will stage the stage in Moulin Rouge! on Broadway!

Moulin Rouge! will open in Japan this week, beginning performances on June 24 and running through August 31 at Tokyo's Imperial Theatre. The cast of Moulin Rouge! features  Fūto Nozomi and  Ayaka Hirahara as Satine, with Yoshio Inoue and Shouma Kai as Christian.

Moulin Rouge! The Musical will welcome Courtney Reed this summer! Reed returns to Broadway in the role of Satine, having originated the role in the First National Tour. She will begin performances on Tuesday, August 1 at Broadway’s Al Hirschfeld Theatre.
