Director/Choreographer Luis Salgado won the Best Director Award at the closing ceremony of the 2015 NYC Venus/Adonis Festival. Salgado was chosen out of forty-eight other directors who were part of this year's festival, for his direction of Zuccotti Park, the musical.

The festival has extended the run and its final performance will take place at The Robert Moss Theatre at Wednesday March 4th at 8:30pm. The program has been recognized in local media as NY1's 'New Yorker of the Week' in 2010 as well as being honored with a feature spot on NBC's Nightly News with Brian Williams in a segment called 'Making a Difference'.
