Cellist Clarice Jensen, artistic director of the American Contemporary Music Ensemble (ACME), releases her debut solo album, For this from that will be filled, worldwide on Miasmah Recordings on April 6, 2018. Building on a long and romantic tradition of solo cello repertoire, Jensen expands and confuses the familiar sound of solo cello through the use of effects pedals, multi-tracking, and tape loops recorded at variable speeds.

The renowned Newman & Oltman Guitar Duo, who is celebrating 40 years of performing together, will appear at Symphony Space on Friday, January 19 at 7:30 PM. The concert, presented by The New York City Classical Guitar Society, will feature works by Bogdanovic, Nicolai (arr. Bach), Milano, Rodrigo, Rossini (arr. Varlet), Liebermann and Albeniz. He will be based in the Los Angeles offices handling touring show general management, marketing and operations for the company. He joins Right Angle Entertainment with a long history of working with Broadway and the road's biggest producers and productions including Disney Theatrical Productions, Really Useful Group and Blue Man Productions. Additionally, John Poland and Elissa E. Szieff have joined the executive team as Director of Touring, and Chief Financial Officer, respectively. Poland will be in charge of tour coordination and Szieff will handle all company business management and accounting. Carla Marie Rugg continues on as Associate Producer, and Cliff Kellas remains in his role as General Manager.
