THE GREEN ROOM 42 Broadway's newest intimate concert venue will present Steven Brinberg in the latest edition of Simply Barbra, his acclaimed all-live homage to the legendary Barbra Streisand, for two Wednesday night shows, April 17 and May 15, both at 7:00 PM. The evening celebrates the 50th anniversary of the film Hello, Dolly! and features songs from and stories about the film, as well as other Streisand hits right up to her current album Walls. Christopher Denny will serve as Music Director.

The Manhattan Association of Cabarets (MAC) has announced the 2019 MAC Award nominees. The nominees, in a majority of the categories, were determined by votes cast by the active MAC membership. Special committees selected the nominees in the Ensemble Instrumentalist, Piano Bar Instrumentalist, Piano Bar Singing Entertainer (Female; Male), Recording (LaMott Friedman), Major Recording, Song and Comedy/Novelty Song categories.

Devised by her long-time collaborators, musical director Christopher Denny and director Barry Kleinbort, 'STAGES' refers to the theates and venues where Ms. Dallas displayed her formidable gifts as a singer and top tier interpreter of popular song, as well as to the formative stages in a life, stages that have taken her from a small town in Southern Illinois to the rarefied hothouse atmosphere of New Orleans, Carnegie Hall and on to dazzling nights in the West End with Sammy Cahn and Dame Cleo Laine, culminating in several Royal Variety performances.

Ms. Lorna Dallas has returned to NYC to steal an extra bow (or 3) after a lifetime of trodding the theatrical boards in London's West End, Australia, Germany, NY, on televison, and in Royal Variety performances. The Broadway at Birdland presented the Manhattan return of singer Lorna Dallas, who appeared on the historic stage on Mondaynight. After a two-decade absence, internationally acclaimed West End and New York legend Lorna Dallas returns to the world of cabaret with her new show, "Home Again," directed by Barry Kleinbort with Christopher Denny on piano. In "Home Again," Ms. Dallas performed beloved classics by Kern and Gershwin, alongside little-known gems by Kander, Ebb and Jerry Herman.
