The free-but-limited-ticket experience will take place in Los Angeles and New York this holiday season. The pop-up will invite fans into the Emmy(R)-nominated show's world with not just recreations of its most iconic sets, but also interactive photo experiences, takeaways, access to limited merchandise and more. Orion Classics has acquired all North American and Latin American rights to the upcoming drama JINN. Written and directed by Nijla Mu'min (Dream), the film stars Zoe Renee (BET's The Quad), Simone Missick (Netflix's The Defenders), Kelvin Harrison, Jr. (Monsters and Men, Luce), Dorian Missick (Lucky Number Slevin), Hisham Tawfiq (NBC's The Blacklist) and Kelly Jenrette (Hulu's The Handmaid's Tale). JINN made its world premiere at this year's SXSW Film Festival where it won the Special Jury Award for writing. The film also won awards at the American Black Film Festival for Best Screenplay and Best Actor (Zoe Renee), the Blackstar Film Festival for Best Feature Narrative and Audience Award and at the Roxbury Film Festival for Best Narrative Feature. Orion Classics will release the drama in theaters on November 15th and on VOD and Digital HD on November 16th.
The 11th Annual Las Vegas Film Festival, partnered with CineVegas,announced this morning the initial programming lineup for the 2018 Festival, to be held at Brenden Theatres and Palms Casino Resort June 6 – 10.
