Irish Repertory Theatre announced today the cast and creative team for the New York Premiere of Belfast Girls by Jaki McCarrick (The Naturalists). Directed by Nicola Murphy (A Girl is a Half-formed Thing), Belfast Girls will run May 11-June 26, 2022, on the Francis J. Greenburger Mainstage, with an opening night set for May 19, 2022.

After a break, the group was ready to do it all again, and was approached by friends Charlotte Caffey (Go-Go’s) and Anna Waronker (that dog), who had just started their own label – Five Foot Two Records. McDonald, bassist Ronnie Barnett, and singer/guitarist/songwriter Kim Shattuck had a new home, and were ready to do it all again.

The song pairs guitar hooks with Benjamin’s stream of conscious, lighthearted lyrics about unrequited love and the “inbetween” feeling of being a millenial/gen Z cusp. The video was shot by Benjamin and frequent collaborator, Hlif Olafsdottir, documenting a leisurely day on a Williamsburg Ferry, a Chinatown Arcade, and a Dime’s Square dive bar.

West Bromwich Operatic Society (WBOS) open their production of Gary Barlow and Tim Firth’s CALENDAR GIRLS THE MUSICAL at Wolverhampton Grand Theatre tonight Wednesday 23rd March, with performances until Saturday 26th.

Shakespeare's Globe has announced the cast and company for Julius Caesar. Directed by Diane Page, Globe on Tour will be bringing this production to The Globe Theatre and venues across the UK from 29 April - 10 September.

Seattle Jazz collective High Pulp are sharing “Kamishinjo” today, a new track featuring Jacob Mann on keyboards. Later this week High Pulp will begin a run of West coast tour dates that will reach Portland, Seattle, Phoenix, Los Angeles in more. Then in April the band will hit the road with Jared Mattson of the Mattson 2 for over month of shows.

Khruangbin, with Laura Lee on bass, Mark Speer on guitar and Donald Johnson on drums, announce new dates for the Space Walk Tour 2022, which sees the trio traverse coasts with performances in Brooklyn, a hometown show in Houston, Las Vegas, and more, featuring support from Toro y Moi, Men I Trust, Vieux Farka Touré, Genesis Owusu and Pachyman.

Hampstead Theatre has announced the cast and creative team for the UK premiere of Wolf Cub, running at Hampstead Downstairs from 8 April until 7 May.
