At the June 17 Annual Meeting, Trinity Repertory Company's Board of Trustees elected seven new trustees to three-year terms: Judhajit De, Sergio M. Gonzalez, Sean Holley, James Hurley, Lawrence J. La Sala, Sara Shea McConnell, and Julia Ann Slom. Reelected for another term were: Jonathan Duffy, Brian McGuirk, Kibbe Reilly, Kathryn Sabatini, and Arthur Solomon.

The executive committee of Trinity Rep's Board of Trustees, under the leadership of Board Chair Suzanne Magaziner, announces the renewal and extension of Executive Director Tom Parrish's contract through the 2022-23 Season.

A Noise Within (ANW), California's acclaimed classic repertory theatre company, is proud to announce that single tickets are now on sale for its 2019-2020 season, THEY PLAYED WITH FIRE. Goodman Theatre announces a line-up of free readings written by members of its Playwrights Unit-a year-long residency for Chicago-based writers to develop their plays-in-progress with the Goodman's artistic team, in partnership with Chicago Dramatists. Welcome to Sunpocalypse.  So far, this Atlanta summer is 100-in-the-shade.  Basically, we're all human-sized Marios running from the evil sun and hoping for a brief respite via some magical pipe that takes you to a cool underground cavern where there's lots of unprotected gold.  Luckily, our favorite Atlanta stages have offered up a lot of great summer theatre, so at least we have something cool to look forward to.   

The Roxy Regional Theatre, Clarksville's oldest professional live theatre, unveiled its upcoming 'Season 37: Experience A New Story' at a fundraiser at The Belle Hollow earlier this month, hosted by local arts supporters Mark, Ricki, John Mark and Will Holleman.

'It's Showtime' for a blockbuster lineup of performances during the 2019-2020 season at Gettysburg College's Majestic Theater.
