Hudson, Executive Director) 2018 Spring Fling benefitting their Free Student Matinee Program took place Thursday, May 10, 2018. The event, held at Ramscale Studio (463 West Street), honored Kimberly Senior (Disgraced, Discord) with the Einhorn Mentorship Award.

It was one of the season's most exciting Off Broadway Opening Night's at The Cherry Lane Theatre last night as Primary Stages in association with Jamie deRoy and Hartford Stage presented writer and performer Sharon Washington in Feeding The Dragon.

PRIMARY STAGES (Andrew Leynse, Artistic Director; Shane D. Hudson, Executive Director; Casey Childs, Founder) is proud to announce its complete 2018/19 Season, which will kick off in Fall 2018 with FINAL FOLLIES, by A.R. Gurney (Love Letters, Sylvia, Black Tie at Primary Stages) and directed by David Saint (Clever Little Lies). DOWNSTAIRS by Theresa Rebeck ("Smash," Dead Accounts, Poor Behavior at Primary Stages), directed by Adrienne Campbell-Holt (What We're Up Against) in November 2018 will star Tyne Daly (Mother & Sons, Master Class) and Tim Daly ("Wings," "Madam Secretary") sharing the New York stage for the first time. Early 2019 will bring GOD SAID THIS by Leah Nanako Winkler (Two Mile Hollow), directed by Morgan Gould (Kentucky); and the season will conclude in Spring 2019 with LITTLE WOMEN, written by Kate Hamill (Pride and Prejudice), based on the novel by Louisa May Alcott, and directed by Sarna Lapine (Sunday in the Park with George). Performance schedules, additional casting, and full creative teams will be announced at a later date.

HEIFETZ, written by James Inverne and directed by Andrew Leynse. All ticketholders for the evenings of Saturday, February 10 (Mariella Haubs); Saturday, February 17 (Edward W. Hardy of Sterling Strings); and Saturday, February 24 (Luisa Bastidas) are invited to remain after the performance to enjoy live music performed by special guest violinists. The concerts are free for all ticketholders for that evening's performance.

Last night Pride and Prejudice opened at the Cherry Lane Theatre and BroadwayWorld attended the after-party in the West Village. Primary Stages under the leadership of Artistic Director, Andrew Leynse and Executive Director Shane D. Hudson, together with Founder Casey Childs and in association with Jamie deRoy in a co-production with Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival presented Pride And Prejudice, which is the second play of Primary Stages 2017/18 season.

In addition to producing great theatre works, Primary Stages produced one of this season's most exciting Galas. The 2017 event, celebrating Artistic Honorees Lynn Ahrens & Stephen Flaherty, Producer Honorees Janet B. Rosen & Marvin Rosen, and Corporate Honorees Jose Mendez and Katie Graziano, was a glamorous and talent-filled evening at Tribeca 360 with a full view of lower Manhattan as a backdrop to the festivities.

Primary Stages announced today that the Primary Stages 2017 Spring Fling will celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Einhorn School of Performing Arts (ESPA) on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at 6:00 pm. The event, which will be held at The Highline Ballroom (431 West 16th Street), will honor Jeanine Tesori with the Einhorn Mentorship Award.

Primary Stages presents EXIT STRATEGY, a New York premiere by Ike Holter (Hit the Wall) and directed by Kip Fagan (Grand Concourse). The limited engagement runs now through May 6, 2016 at Primary Stages at the Cherry Lane Theatre and features Michael Cullen, Aime Donna Kelly,Rey Lucas, Deirdre Madigan, Christina Nieves, Brandon J. The limited engagement runs March 30 - May 6, 2016 at Primary Stages at the Cherry Lane Theatre and features Michael Cullen, Aime Donna Kelly, Rey Lucas, Deirdre Madigan, Christina Nieves, Brandon J.
