Review: EVERY GOOD BOY DESERVES FAVOUR AT Jamshed Bhabha Theatre, NCPA

'Every Good Boy Deserves Favour' is a political satire that arrived on the NCPA stage for a rare performance. This spectacle was written by Tom Stoppard - the story of a political dissident in the Soviet Union. The play is accompanied by a 45-piece orchestra, performed by the Symphony Orchestra of India, which itself becomes a character of the play, adding to the crests and troughs of a prison-asylum's inhabitants.

Hightide Announces Clare Slater As New Artistic Director

The trustees of HighTide announced that they have appointed Clare Slater, currently Head of New Work at the Donmar Warehouse as the next Artistic Director of HighTide. She will lead the company alongside Executive Director Rowan Rutter as joint Chief Executives. Clare takes over from Suba Das, former Artistic Director and Chief Executive of HighTide.

CONSTELLATIONS Returns to the NCPA

After resounding success last season, National Centre for Performing Arts' production of Constellations by Nick Payne returns to the Experimental Theatre from 21st to the 24th of November. Constellations played to full houses and was spoken highly of by the audiences.
