Eight years after the original website went dark, a new generation of New York private school teens are introduced to the social surveillance of Gossip Girl. The prestige series will address just how much social media - and the landscape of New York itself - has changed in the intervening years.

Pitch Perfect star Anna Kendrick is set to star in and executive produce the romantic comedy anthology series Love Life, according to Deadline.

The film's star Emily Blunt, Rob Marshall (Director), John DeLuca (Producer), David Magee (Screenwriter), Marc Shaiman (Composer, Songwriter/Co-lyricist) and Scott Wittman (Co-lyricist) joined the couple at the reception. Also in attendance were Morena Baccarin, Corbin Bleu, Harry Connick Jr., Tony Lo Bianco, Ben McKenzie, and Dayo Okeniyi.

For almost five decades, SESAME STREET has been helping kids grow smarter, stronger and kinder. This November, the groundbreaking show kicks off its 49th season with a special evening presentation of WHEN YOU WISH UPON A PICKLE: A SESAME STREET SPECIAL, debuting SATURDAY, NOV. 10 (7:00-7:45 p.m. ET/PT), followed by new weekly episodes starting SATURDAY, NOV. 17 (9:00-9:30 a.m.). This season, the iconic children's show will explore a “Learning Through Play” curriculum that models how kids can build school readiness skills as they try out different roles during play.

BoCaPhe is a celebration of Vietnamese and French culture, serving up healthy, traditional Vietnamese classics with a French twist.

Jennifer Salke, the head of Amazon's entertainment division, teased the project that Blake Lively will be collaborating with the studio on, according to Variety. Amazon Studios is close to a deal with Lively for a new scripted series, and on Wednesday, Salke teased the project.

Amazon Studios today announced it has signed an overall television deal with Emmy Award-winning producer and director Reed Morano (The Handmaid's Tale). Morano made history by being the first woman to ever win the Emmy and DGA Award in the same year for a dramatic series - both for her work on The Handmaid's Tale and was the first woman to win an Emmy in the Drama series category in 22 years. She will exclusively work with Amazon Studios to create original series which will be made available on Amazon Prime Video in over 200 countries and territories.

Emilia Clarke and Henry Golding will star in Universal Pictures and Paul Feig's latest comedy “Last Christmas,” according to Variety.

LIVE WITH KELLY AND RYAN Heads Into 31st Season with a Stellar Lineup of Guests and a Month Full of Fun with 'LIVEtember'

September on “Live with Kelly and Ryan” transforms into “LIVEtember,” as the top morning talk show kicks off its 31st season on Sept. 3 with a phenomenal lineup of guests, music acts and “live” festivities all month long. 

This past week, Lionsgate posted the full trailer for their upcoming thriller A SIMPLE FAVOR online, and it has since been popping up on social media and getting a lot of buzz. If you like psychological thrillers like Gone Girl and Girl on the Train, A Simple Favor will be your next obsession. All three movies were based on novels, and the genre is booming. Publishers can't get books into the hands of readers fast enough, and movie rights often sell before the titles even hit stores.
