Gearing up for its sixth edition in Reykjavík, Iceland, Secret Solstice welcomes the return of its once-in-a-lifetime add-on events this June 21-23, 2019. Taking place within ultra rare and exclusive settings amongst Iceland's otherworldly landscapes, this year's nature-inspired musical side events will include Into The Glacier with Martin Garrix and Marc Kinchen (MK) as well as The Lava Tunnel with to-be-announced acts. Held over the summer solstice weekend which sees 72 hours of continuous daylight, festival-goers will have the opportunity to experience bucket-list music events while taking in the captivating beauty of Iceland.

Quebec City is a top summer destination this year as the city unveils the lineup for its 52nd annual Festival d'ete de Quebec (FEQ). Arguably the largest festival in North America, with over 325,000 attendees, FEQ spans 11 days, from July 4 -14 in the heart of Quebec City. For 2019, FEQ boasts a legendary lineup featuring Mariah Carey, Chvrches, alt-J, Twenty One Pilots, Imagine Dragons, Lynyrd Skynrd, Blink-182 and more. 

 KAABOO Del Mar has officially dropped its music and comedy lineups for its fifth annual event happening September 13-15, 2019. Nashville Rock chart toppers Kings of Leon, live music icons Dave Matthews Band, and British folk-rock luminariesMumford & Sons will headline on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, respectively. They will be joined by a lineup of cross-genre hit-makers including Duran Duran, Black Eyed Peas,OneRepublic, Sheryl Crow, Maren Morris, a special collaboration from hip-hop stars Snoop Dogg + Wu-Tang Clan 25th Anniversary Set, plus Mark Ronson, The Revivalists, REO Speedwagon, The Bangles, The Cult, Sublime with Rome, Boyz II Men, and many more, including a yet to be announced special performance from the 2019 American Idol winner. Comedians Bert Kreischer, Pete Holmes & Friends, Wayne Brady, Bob Saget, Kevin Smithand more will lead the laughs on the HUMOR ME stage. A confirmed lineup is listed below.

Secret Solstice, Iceland's Midnight Sun music and culture festival, is pleased to present their phase two lineup for its sixth edition this June 21-23, 2019 in Reykjavik, Iceland during 72 hours of non-stop sunlight. Performing in Iceland for the first time, Secret Solstice is honored to welcome legendary hip-hop/pop group Black Eyed Peas. Also announced is the queen of punk rock Patti Smith and Band alongside hip hop icons The Sugarhill Gang with Grandmaster Melle Mel & Scorpio (of the Furious 5). These acts add to previously announced headliners Robert Plant & The Sensational Space Shifters, Martin Garrix, Rita Ora and Morcheeba. With 20 new acts including Sólstafir, Vök, Hatari and artists from Iceland's the 101 Boys collective, Secret Solstice is again shaping up to be a standout event on the summer festival calendar in one of the world's most unique and breathtaking corners.

In a performance that's fun for the whole family as seen on America's Got Talent, Alberta Bair Theater's First Interstate Bank Fox Series features iLuminate, a fusion of dance and technology, in their full length show Artist of Life on Sunday, February 24 at 7:00 p.m.

THE GREEN ROOM 42 - Broadway's newest intimate concert venue - will welcome back Bon Bon Burlesque with two more scintillating shows on Friday, February 22 and Friday, March 22, both at 9:30 PM. The acclaimed troupe returns to the club after their recent standing room only New Year's Eve celebration. The Puerto Rico-born, Bronx-bred choreographer and performer Marlyn Ortiz, along with choreographer Emmanuel E. Hernandez, directs an all-female cast of New York's hottest dancers, aerialists and comediennes in a show that sets traditional and neo-burlesque elements to Latin rhythms. The evening features the beautiful ladies of Bon Bon Burlesque, in addition to comedienne Lori Sommer, also known as "Madam Honey," singer Rachel Stern, also known as "Ray Ray Star," and Jose Mitaynes as "Manuel." The show includes songs such as La Lupe's "Latin Fever," Madonna's "Justify Your Love," and Esthero's "Wikked Lil' Girrrls."

His hit single 'Mas Que Nada' is the first Portuguese language song to ever hit Billboard's U.S. Pop chart and Mendes' signature mix of bossa nova and samba and distinctive pop instrumentation have ultimately come to define Brazilian music.The McCallum Theatre and Jim "FITZ" Fitzgerald co-present Sergio Mendes today, January 23, at 8:00pm as part of the Fitz's Jazz Cafe at the McCallum series.

Sergio Mendes, “the man who put go-go boots on Brazilian music and brought it to the world,” (Billboard) will make a rare Los Angeles appearance when he brings his vivacious bossa nova to The Soraya on Saturday evening, October 27 at 8:00pm.  A giant in his genre, Mendes has recorded more than 35 albums over a nearly six-decade career thus far.  Joining him to open the evening will be French-Chilean singer Ana Tijoux who debuts her new project, Roja y Negro, new album of acoustic guitar celebrating Latin American folk music.  With Mendes and Tijoux on stage, two generations of Latin American artists will share their passion both for traditional and popular music.
