Cortland Repertory Theatre kicks off the 2020 Season at CRT Downtown, 24 Port Watson Street in Cortland with comic Brad Zimmerman in his new show My Rise to the Middle. The performance, a benefit for CRT, will be held Friday, February 7 at 7:30PM; tickets are $20.00 in advance and $25.00 the day of. GLAAD, the world's largest lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) media advocacy organization, today announced that it will honor award-winning actress, producer, and activist Judith Light with the Excellence in Media Award at the 31st Annual GLAAD Media Awards in New York. GLAAD also announced that Lilly Singh, openly bisexual executive producer and host of NBC's a?oeA Little Late with Lilly Singh,a?? will serve as host of the Awards, which will take place at the Hilton Midtown in New York on Thursday, March 19. GLAAD previously announced that Ryan Murphy will receive the Vito Russo Award at the New York ceremony.

Currently, she is starring in NBC's new sitcom Indebted where she plays a baby boomer gone broke who has to move in with her adult son and his young family. An accomplished film actress, she's won Esquire's Five Minute Oscar for her memorable performance in the mockumentary, This Is Spinal Tap.
