Overture Center announces its annual 'match' fundraising campaign, recognizing Local Legends and Corporate Champions for their generosity. Madison Gas & Electric Foundation is named the Corporate Champion for 2023. Help support the arts by donating to Overture Center's match campaign, with all donations matched up to $200,000.

The event will feature more than 35 acts, culinary experiences with renowned chefs from across the nation, local artisans and one of a kind merchandise. Overture Center for the Arts has announced its newest Local Legend and Corporate Champion: Marriott Daughters Foundation, dedicated to elevating communities through the support of education, human services and health, and Starion Bank, a family-owned bank providing banking, mortgage, insurance and investment services for individuals, families and businesses across the Midwest.

Overture Center's Foundation Board of Directors gathered for its annual meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 27. This leadership group reviewed the annual report for the 2021/22 fiscal year, set goals for the months ahead and announced member updates.

Overture Center for the Arts has announced its newest Local Legend and Corporate Champion: Madison resident Deirdre Garton and J.H. Findorff & Son Inc., a Madison-based construction company offering commercial building services for more than 130 years.

This leadership group reviewed the annual report for the 2020/21 fiscal year, set goals for the months ahead and announced member updates. Three members have rotated off the board and two members have been added. 

Additional upcoming female performances include interdisciplinary performing artist Arielle Rosales, electro pop artist La Force, soul queen of New Orleans Irma Thomas, and reggae label VP Records founder Miss Pat.

Overture Center for the Arts, the Overture Center Foundation Board of Directors and the CEO Search Steering Committee announced today the appointment of Sandra Gajic as president and CEO through an international search process guided by Arts Consulting Group. Gajic will be joining the Overture staff effective Monday, September 24, 2018.

Overture Center for the Arts President and CEO, Ted DeDee announced today that Vice President for Advancement Glenda Noel-Ney has accepted a position with the prestigious Jazz at Lincoln Center.

Ted DeDee, President and CEO of the Overture Center of the Arts, announced he will retire in May, 2018, following six years of unparalleled growth of arts education and entertainment activity at Madison's premier performing arts center.
