Co-Producers Tom Vitorino and Alice L. Walker (Thursday Night Theater Club), have signed acclaimed director/actor, Robyn Cohen for The Elephant Man by Bernard Pomerance at The El Portal Theatre MainStage.  Both Vitorino and Walker are thrilled to have Robyn Cohen at the helm directing their cast of twelve. This will be her second time to direct with Thursday Night Theater Club.

After several years and multiple attempts to obtain the rights, tenacity and perseverance prevailed.  Co-Producers Tom Vitorino and Alice L. Activist theater company, Thursday Night Theater Club (@TNTheaterClub) continues its inaugural season with Eric Ulloa's '26 PEBBLES' on December 13, at the historic El Portal Theatre in North Hollywood. Zao Theatre's production of THE ELEPHANT MAN, directed by Mickey Bryce, is a powerhouse of acting and stagecraft, moving and provocative in content, and featuring compelling performances by Kellen Garner as John Merrick and Tyler Boettcher as Frederick Treves. The show runs through September 8th.

The true story of Victorian England's medical mystery plays out in Bernard Pomerance's THE ELEPHANT MAN under Debbie Smith's direction.
