The Broadway engagement of Mike Birbiglia's The New One, directed by Seth Barrish, opens tonight, November 11, at the Cort Theatre(138 West 48th Street). 

The New York Musical Festival (NYMF) will honor Tony, Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Award-winning actress Victoria Clark, NYMF Board Member Jill Jaysen and Tony Award-winning producers Frankel, Viertel, Baruch, Routh Group at its 2018 Gala on Sunday, November 11 at the Edison Ballroom in Midtown Manhattan (240 W 47th St, New York, NY 10036).

The Broadway engagement of Mike Birbiglia's The New One announced the show's rush policy. A limited number of $49.00 rush tickets will be available on the day of each performance at the Cort Theater Box Office (138 West 48th Street). The box office opens at 10:00 am Monday-Saturday. On Sundays, the box office will open at noon.

Last night, Mike Birbiglia was a guest on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!' during the show's week in Brooklyn. Birbiglia, who is about to star on Broadway in 'The New One,' talks to Jimmy about living in Brooklyn and taking his show to Broadway. Birbliglia also brings up how Jimmy crying at the end of his show! Christine Bonansea - a French-born, NYC-based choreographer known for her striking, virtuosic performances - brings OnlyHuman, a visually arresting, media-enhanced work to New York for its US premiere at Danspace Project. Developed in collaboration with an international group of stellar multidisciplinary artists, and following successful presentations at DOCK11 in Berlin and 2018 Tanzmesse in Dusseldorf, Germany, the evening-length version of this production will be presented for the first time to the American audiences November 15-17. Kessler is best known for the psychological thriller Orphans, which had its Broadway premiere in 2013 with Alec Baldwin, Ben Foster, and Tom Sturridge

Mike Birbiglia will celebrate the box office opening for his new Broadway play, THE NEW ONE, this Friday October 12 beginning at 12 PM by walking from the show's previous home at The Cherry Lane Theatre (38 Commerce Street) to its new home at The Cort Theatre (138 West 48th Street).
