The Yardley Players production of 'Last of the Red Hot Lovers' takes personal desperation and hilarity to an entirely new level when married, middle-aged and nebbishy Barney Cashman, a seafood restaurant owner, tests out his inner Don Juan. The Neil Simon classic takes the stage at the Kelsey Theatre at Mercer County Community College (MCCC) Feb. 14 through 23.

Celebrating the tradition of innovation in America's partnered dance form, the Lindy Hop, acclaimed choreographer and Dance Magazine cover star Caleb Teicher, along with several Lindy Hop champions, brings the joy, fire, and fight of competitive and social swing dance to the Guggenheim stage. Casting has been announced for the Greenville engagement of Disney's Aladdin. The hit Broadway musical will begin performances in Greenville at the Peace Center on Wednesday, Feb. 12 for a limited, two-week engagement through Sunday, Feb. 23.

What happens when 1880 Western bandits are brought back to life in Azusa, CA by a space alien? Sam Shepard's The Unseen Hand joins Odyssey Theatre Ensemble's 50th Anniversary “Circa '69” Season of significant and adventurous plays that premiered around the time of the company's inception, coupled with Shepard's gritty and audacious Killer's Head. Longtime Shepard collaborator Darrell Larson directs both plays for a Jan. 25 opening at the Odyssey Theatre in West L.A., where performances will continue through March 8.

Freeform has ordered the drama 'Last Summer' to series, from Entertainment One (eOne) and executive producers Bert V. Royal ('Easy A,' 'Recovery Road'), with Iron Ocean Productions' Jessica Biel and Michelle Purple ('The Sinner,' 'Limetown'). The pilot is executive produced and directed by Max Winkler ('Jungleland,' 'Flower').

FRANKENSTEIN, the Off-Broadway musical at St. Luke's Theatre which opened in October 2017, has been extended again as an open run, with tickets through April 28 on sale now. Frankenstein plays Tuesdays at 7 PM at St. Luke's Theatre. Based on Mary Shelley's novel, with book, music and lyrics by Eric B. Sirota, FRANKENSTEIN is directed by Clint Hromsco and produced by John Lant, Write Act Repertory and Tamra Pica.
