Rise and shine, BroadwayWorld! It is February 27, 2025 and it's time to catch up on all of the theatrical happenings you may have missed in the last 24 hours.

The Alliance Theatre will present the world premiere of MILLIONS from May 9 – June 15, 2025. The musical features a book by Tony Award winner Bob Martin, a score by Tony Award winner Adam Guettel, and direction by Tony Award winner Bartlett Sher.

BUST, the Alliance Theatre and Goodman Theatre world-premiere co-production written by Pulitzer Prize-finalist Zora Howard is 'a revelatory and genre-defying exploration of community, conflict, and the far-reaching impacts of historical racism.' Directed by Tony Award nominee Lileana Blain-Cruz, BUST premieres on The Coca-Cola Stage at Alliance Theatre, February 13 – March 16, 2025, and in the Goodman’s Albert Theatre, April 19 – May 18, 2025.

This spring, People’s Theatre Project, LatinX Playwrights Circle, and Boundless Theatre Company will debut the world premiere of Domino Effect, a new play written by award-winning playwright Marco Antonio Rogriguez, and devised by immigrant artists.
