Next month from 6-7 April, leading dance training and education provider Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) will hold a range of exciting events celebrating boys in dance.
The final big names from the world of dance have been confirmed for fundraising gala Empower in Motion – A Ballet Inclusive from charity Children Today. Further details have also been released of some of the already announced performers who will take to the stage at London's iconic dance venue Sadler's Wells on 7th February.

The Royal Ballet presents a dazzling showcase of choreographic invention by Frederick Ashton. Three ballets, Scènes de ballet / A Month in the Country / Rhapsody, return to the Royal Opera House Main Stage on 23 April demonstrating his remarkable range.
The opening night for MacMillan’s Romeo and Juliet, a production much loved by the audiences of Covent Garden, saw another dubious opportunity for Artistic Director Kevin O’Hare to take to the Opera House stage and announce “significant changes” to the billed cast. Cue much sighing from the near-full auditorium as it was revealed Marianela Nunez and Federico Bonelli would be stepping in for an isolating Natalia Osipova and Reece Clarke. As replacements go, it’s not bad.

This October The Royal Ballet returns for its first full Season in 18 months with a Season featuring world premieres of Wayne McGregor’s The Dante Project, Christopher Wheeldon’s Like Water for Chocolate, a new work by Kyle Abraham as well as classics including Giselle, The Nutcracker and Swan Lake.
This week marks the first anniversary of the world premiere of The Cellist, alongside Dances at a Gathering, and we are delighted to announce that a recording of this mixed programme is now available to pre-order on DVD (£24.99) and Blu-ray (£29.99), ahead of its release on Friday 26 February.
