San Diego REP is canceling the remaining scheduled productions in 2022 and has had to lay off all staff as of June 19. Multiple factors contributed to this course of action, including financial issues, low ticket sales amidst the pandemic, as well as the need to restructure. 

San Diego Repertory Theatre (San Diego REP) announced Abigail Buell as the newly appointed Managing Director of San Diego's downtown resident professional theatre, now in its 46th Season. 

RWS Entertainment Group, a New York-based full-service production company that creates award-winning custom entertainment, live events and branded experiences worldwide, announced today that Abigail Buell has been named Senior Director of Marketing. In this newly created role, Buell will be driving the company's overall marketing and public relations efforts.

Opening night to actor/writer Joanna Rush's one-woman show, Asking For It, directed by Tony-nominee Lynne Taylor-Corbett, as part of the New York International Fringe Festival occurred Tuesday, August 14 at 7:30PM at the Cherry Lane Theatre

The 70th Anniversary production of Of Mice and Men held a fundraiser and kick-off party at the Galway Hooker Pub.
