The team who brought you last years open air spectacular evening of musical celebrations ‘Songs Under The Stars’ once again offers a magical evening of song and dance with one of Broadway’s best-loved scores.

The concerts will feature a 28- piece socially-distanced orchestra playing David Cullen & Andrew Lloyd Webber'S original orchestrations. The concerts are directed by Jordan Murphy and conducted by Alex Parker. It will feature choreography by Joanna Goodwin, lighting by Jack Weir, sound design by Paul Smith.

UCSB's Launch Pad Zooms Into Action With ALONE, TOGETHER

LAUNCH PAD alumni playwrights have rallied to provide new material for UCSB's Department of Theater and Dance students. In an overwhelming response to an invitation from LAUNCH PAD Artistic Director Risa Brainin and Professor Annie Torsiglieri, 24 playwrights have written monologues and short plays inspired by the prompt a?oeAlone, Togethera?? and tailored specifically for the Zoom platform.

Tony nominee Mary Bridget Davies, best known for her onstage work channeling the late rock icon Janis Joplin, will release an album of compellingly reimagined songs by the legendary songwriter and Grammy® winning producer Jerry Ragovoy. The album is dedicated  to Davies' sister who tragically took her own life. Broadway Records will release the studio album, digitally and in stores, on Friday, March 20, 2020.
