CCTeens To Perform Gilbert & Sullivan Comic Operetta THE PIRATES OF PENZANCE

Never ones to shy away from a challenge (Little Shop of Horrors, Sweeny Todd), the CCTeens (Columbia Children's Theatre's YouTheatre actors in grades 7-12) will tackle the famous Gilbert and Sullivan operetta The Pirates of Penzance beginning Friday, March 23 and running through Sunday March 25.  Showtimes are Friday at 7:00 pm, Saturday at 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm and Sunday at 3:00 pm. Tickets are $10.00 per person 3 years of age and up and can be ordered securely on line at columbiachildrenstheatre.com. We meet Tom who wants to marry Nanette, Jimmy who is secretly the financial benefactor to 3 single young ladies, unbeknown to his frugal wife, Sue. And finally Billy, who is tasked with cleaning up Jimmy's mess, helping Tom win over Nanette, and keeping his own wife, Lucille, from getting suspicious!
