SEAN-MAURICE LYNCH (Actor) His Stretch/Syd in Toni Stone (A.C.T.) theater credits include Stretch/Syd in Toni Stone and Frederick Loudin in Jubliee (Arena Stage); Juror #2 in Twelve Angry Men and Matthew Henson in Ragtime (Ford’s Theatre); Stephen Kumalo in Lost in the Stars (Washington National Opera); Mr. Franklin/Mr. Venus in Passing Strange and Pope Ondine in Pop! (Studio Theatre); Wayne in Dreamgirls (Signature Theatre); and Frog in A Year with Frog and Toad (Adventure Theatre). Set in the 1950s, Toni Stone was the first woman to play baseball in the Negro Leagues, also making her the first woman to play in a professional men's league.

Set in the 1950s, Toni Stone was the first woman to play baseball in the Negro Leagues, also making her the first woman to play professionally in a men's league. Against all odds, Stone blazed a path in the male-dominated sports world, shattering expectations and creating her own set of rules.
