Lee Nelson Set To Embark On The Third Leg Of Hit 'Serious Joker' Tour

After handing Prime Minister Theresa May her P45 during the Conservative Party Conference before being frogmarched out and swiftly arrested, this spring will see Simon Brodkin embark on the third leg of his hit stand-up tour 'Serious Joker' as the impish Lee Nelson with 29 dates added across the country, including two shows at London's Leicester Square Theatre on 30th May and 14th June, bringing the tour to 153 dates. Lee will be coming to a town near you from Wednesday 2nd May with tickets on general sale from 26th January at leenelson.com.

The Australian World Orchestra (AWO) is thrilled to announce its second international tour and first visit to Singapore, performing one spectacular concert on Saturday 1 October at The Esplanade Concert Hall, as part of AWO's five-year anniversary celebrations in 2016. The concert will be led by AWO Chief Conductor and Artistic Director, Alexander Briger AO, and feature the international premiere of the AWO's first commissioned concerto, by acclaimed Australian composer Elena Kats-Chernin.

As we increasingly entrust others with our personal information and data, how can we ensure that our data is safe and protected from abuse and misuse? UNCENSORED: Information Antics, an all media art exhibition, will bring together local DC artists to explore the myriad of roles that data collection and visualization play regarding issues of privacy, participation, and location of the self. UNCENSORED: Information Antics will be on display at the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Library from September 24 - October 22 to celebrate Banned Books Week, an annual national celebration of the freedom to read, express and create. Through photography, video, installation and sound the artists participating in UNCENSORED: Information Antics investigate the complexity of an intensely networked milieu with thoughtfulness and humor.

Nordstrom To Expand TOPSHOP And TOPMAN Partnership

Plans were announced to expand Nordstrom's partnership with TOPSHOP and TOPMAN by adding 28 TOPSHOP departments and 8 TOPMAN departments across the country starting in late September 2013. The expansion will bring the total number of Nordstrom stores with TOPSHOP and TOPMAN to 42 and 18 respectively. In addition, Nordstrom plans a completely refreshed design for TOPSHOP and TOPMAN departments in new and existing stores.
