Last night, The Trevor Project hosted its 2017 TrevorLIVE Los Angeles gala at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, Calif., where it honored fashion designer, award-winning screenwriter, producer, and film director Tom Ford with the Hero Award, and Tony Award winning actress, singer and author Kristin Chenoweth with the Icon Award. The evening kicked off with special opening remarks from Lisa Kudrow and Kristin Davis, and featured performances by Grammy-nominated band Garbage, Broadway legend Shoshana Bean, and Neon Trees. NCTC Unveils Renovated Space at Benefit Gala

In October, New Conservatory Theatre Center will mark its 35th Anniversary and the launch of its 2016-17 Season with the unveiling of its renovated lobby, box office and bar. The first chance to glimpse the venue's redesign will be a special benefit gala, The Big Reveal, Saturday, October 1st, 7-10pm. The grand reopening celebration comes a week before the launch of NCTC's 2016-17 Season and the regional premiere of Harvey Fierstein's newest play, Casa Valentina.
HBO to Premiere Prop 8 Documentary in 2014

HBO Documentary Films is currently in production on a film telling the story of the historic Supreme Court case that overturned Proposition 8, California's ban on same-sex marriage, it was announced today by Michael Lombardo, president, HBO Programming. Over the last five years, directors Ben Cotner and Ryan White have had exclusive access to the work of the powerhouse legal team led by Ted Olson and David Boies, as well as the lives of the four plaintiffs in the case. The untitled feature will be completed by the end of this year for debut on the network in 2014.

Lambert was also the co-recipient of the award for Outstanding Music Artist for his albumTrespassing; he tied with Frank Ocean for Ocean's debut album Channel Orange.
