Vermont Stage’s The Half-life of Marie Curie, written by Lauren Gunderson and directed by Laura Wolfsen, is a deeply layered story about the struggles of womanhood and relationships for two influential female scientists, Marie Curie and Hertha Ayrton, living in the early 20th century. The production opened at Main Street Landing on March 19th and runs until April 5th.

Little Spoon Big Spoon Productions today announces the first play of its 2018 season, a theatrical production of the internationally acclaimed English playwright Mark Ravenhill's GHOST STORY (2015). Directed by John Dapolito, the play will be performed in New York City at The Workshop Theatre by an all-female cast from February 23rd to March 10th.
World Premiere of DOUBLEWIDE to be Performed at Vermont Stage

Seven Days, Vermont's Independent Voice, reports that Vermont Stage will host the world premiere of Stephen Spotswood's new play DOUBLEWIDE, running January 24th - February 11th. DOUBLEWIDE has been picked up by the National New Play Network, an organization that aims to help new plays gain visibility by promising a given play that their work will be picked up by at least three participating theaters in the span of the year. DOUBLEWIDE will be produced first in Vermont, before later being staged by theaters in Florida and Michigan.
