BIO
Jack is a freelance Lighting Designer and Assistant LD based out of Chicago, Illinois. Jack is a graduate from Columbia College Chicago, earning his BA in Theatre Design and Technology.

Jack was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona where he worked with companies such as 56th St Players, Horizon Choirs, Desert Stages Theatre, Samaritan Theatre Company, Grand Canyon University, and Arizona State University
In Chicago, Jack has designed for companies such as Columbia College Chicago, Timberlake Playhouse, Red Theater, Pride Arts, Griffin Theatre Company, Factory Theater, and Tin Drum Theatre.
Jack is intrigued by musical theatre and loves the different ways that music can inform his storytelling. Jack is also excited by contemporary pieces of mystery and drama and loves using light to help convey the emotion on stage. He loves new work and being part of the development process

Jack Goodman will present a selection from his extensive portfolio of images. The prolific Middlebury photographer has been taking pictures for 65 years around the United States and Canada but has found that digital photography has inspired him to capture more images in the last three years than in the previous decades. Images include landscapes, still life and architectural themes, including both color and black and white prints. The exhibition will be on display from May 15 - June 27, 2015, with an artist's reception set for Friday, May 22 from 5 to 7 p.m. Scroll down for a sneak peek at Goodman's work!
