Eric Potter Biography
The son of a musician and named for legendary guitarist/pop star Eric Clapton- Eric was destined to make music and entertainment his passion. He began sitting in with his father’s band in nightclubs at the age of 7, professional theater & TV Commercial work at 8 and in his teen years Eric toured the county & state fair circuit winning many local and national talent competitions. After graduation he skipped college and joined the national tour of “A Christmas Carol.” He has since travelled the world in such shows as ‘Nickelodeon’s Rugrats: A Live Adventure,’ ‘Jesus Christ Superstar,’ and ‘Schoolhouse Rock Live!.’Eric made his Off-Broadway debut in the original New York production of the long-running hit ‘Naked Boys Singing’ performing the role of ‘The Entertainer’ for over 1,000 performances. Most recently he has been seen singing and dancing across the globe on ships for Royal Caribbean, Princess & Oceania Cruise lines. In addition to over 32 production shows- his self written/performed one-man show ‘Viva Lounge’ is a passenger favorite!
Based in New York City Eric is currently writing his newest show ‘Eric With A Z!’ He continues to pursue his passion while attending regular improv, acting, dance & vocal classes.

The Vagabond Players have announced its historic 100th consecutive season for 2015-16. The centennial season is made up of revivals of past successful Vagabond productions. The Vagabonds first opened in 1916 as a part of the Little Theatre Movement that was sweeping the country at the time. Whereas most of those theatres eventually closed or went dark for several seasons, The Vagabonds has produced a season for 100 consecutive years earning it the title:
