Soundtracked by the songs of Bob Dylan, Girl From The North Country is, at heart, a bleak meditation on untimely death; not just physically due to illness, murder and suicide (though that’s here too) but also spiritually due to the death of ambition, the death of hope and, most cruelly, the death of love.

The new Dublin & UK Tour production of Girl From The North Country is opening tonight in Dublin at the 3 Olympia Theatre. Written and directed by celebrated playwright Conor McPherson with music and lyrics by Bob Dylan. STITCHERS star Kyle Harris has joined the cast of Greg Berlanti's CBS pilot 'God Friended Me,' Entertainment Tonight reports. Harris will appear as a guest in the pilot in the role of Eli James.  'God Friended Me' is a comedy series about an outspoken atheist, played by Brandon Micheal Hall, whose life is turned upside down when God friends him on Facebook. Bob Boyett and the National Theatre of Great Britain announceD today that their acclaimed Broadway production of ONE MAN, TWO GUVNORS recouped its $3.25 million capitalization, during the week ending August 19, 2012. ONE MAN, TWO GUVNORS began previews on April 6 and opened officially on April 18, 2012. The production is playing a strict limited engagement at the Music Box Theatre through September 2, 2012 only.
